Whitby Inlet Apartment – Full Renovation & Reclad

We delivered a full transformation of this Whitby apartment, combining structural upgrades with high-end finishes to create a modern, durable home. The project included a complete exterior reclad with a cavity system, replacement of all windows, and achieving new Code Compliance Certification—significantly improving the building’s weathertightness, thermal performance, and longevity.

Internally, we carried out a full renovation throughout. This included installing a new designer kitchen, upgrading multiple bathrooms, laying new flooring, and completing all interior finishing and decoration. Our focus was on delivering a cohesive, high-quality result that enhances both function and visual appeal.
