Large-Scale Deck Build

We completed a substantial 185m² deck project on Whitby Hill, delivering a high-quality outdoor living space designed to maximise usability, durability, and visual impact. Built to complement the home’s elevated position, the deck provides expansive areas for entertaining while making the most of the surrounding outlook.

Given the scale and intended use, we incorporated additional structural strengthening to support a spa pool, ensuring long-term performance and compliance. Careful attention was given to framing, fixings, and load-bearing requirements to meet the increased demands without compromising finish.

The project was completed with a strong focus on quality detailing and craftsmanship, including precise board alignment, clean edges, and a refined finish throughout. The result is a robust, well-executed deck that enhances both the functionality and value of the property.
