Whitby Exterior & Interior Renovation Project

This project involved a full exterior reclad alongside major interior upgrades, transforming both the performance and liveability of the home.

The existing cladding was removed to allow inspection of the timber framing, with upgrades completed where required. A new rigid air barrier and cavity system were installed, followed by new weatherboards and updated exterior detailing to deliver a durable, weathertight finish.

Inside, the home was modernised with a full kitchen and bathroom renovation, creating fresh, functional spaces. To enhance indoor-outdoor flow, a new deck was constructed and a slider installed to the front living area.

The result is a well-rounded transformation — a modern, low-maintenance home designed for both comfort and long-term performance.

Before

Prior to renovation, the home featured original cladding and dated interiors that no longer met modern living standards. Limited indoor-outdoor flow and ageing materials highlighted the need for a full upgrade.
